Check out Venezuela definió el equipo que estará participando en Haining 2009 to find out which skaters will represent Venezuela at the upcoming World Roller Speed Skating Championships. Worlds take place in Haining, China from the 18th to the 26th of September.

Also I started to do most of the trainings with the polish team, in fact a huge advantage when it comes to more faster laps. One remaining problem is that I’m not used to skating in groups and sometimes it’s harder for me to stay in the back than to go in the front – cause when I come to close to the person right infront of my I tend to put my weight on my heels – which leads to an unrelaxed position and my legs will become tired sooner……
